$30 per 13-gallon bag (currently $25 during our grand opening), with a $50 minimum per order — mix and match bags, towel-only bags, comforters, sheet sets and ironing to reach it. See the Pricing section for full details.

24–48 hours from pickup. Need it back sooner? Add our Same-Day Rush Service at checkout for a flat $20 fee and get it back the same day.

Everyday clothing (shirts, pants, underwear, socks, activewear) goes in your regular laundry bag. Towels, comforters/duvets and bed sheet sets each go in their own separate bag or item — they're never mixed in with your clothing bag — and each is priced on its own (see the Pricing section for exact prices). Ironing is priced per garment and can be added to any order, or booked on its own. We don't accept dry-clean-only items, delicates needing special care, or heavily soiled or hazardous items.

Yes — add fragrance-free detergent or a scent booster for +$3 per bag/item at checkout.

Yes — everyday clothing pressed and ready to wear, priced by garment. See the Ironing pricing for the full list and prices.

Yes! Ironing can be its own order — you don't need to add any bags, towels or bedding. Just make sure your ironing items add up to our $50 order minimum.

No problem — just text or call us and we'll take care of it. It's free up until 10 PM the night before your pickup; a $10 fee applies after that.

You pay securely online through Stripe when you book — nothing due at pickup or delivery.

Only regular wash bags have a daily limit — towel bags, comforters, sheet sets and ironing can always be booked. If a day is full for regular bags, just pick a different day from your zone's schedule.
