Booking Policy

The fine print, made simple.

We Accept

  • Everyday clothing: shirts, pants, undergarments, socks, activewear
  • Comforters & duvets (any size) — priced separately, $30 each
  • Bed sheet sets (fitted + flat + up to 4 pillowcases) — priced separately, $20 each

We Don't Accept

  • Bulk towels
  • Dry-clean-only items
  • Delicates needing special care
  • Heavily soiled or hazardous items

Getting Ready

  • Use 13-gallon bags only (any standard kitchen trash bag works)
  • Empty all pockets
  • No loose items
  • Your laundry comes back folded in fresh bags

Health & Safety

Items with pests (including bed bugs) will be refused. Unsafe items will not be serviced.

Service Terms

  • Turnaround time: 24–48 hours
  • Pay in full at booking — nothing due at pickup or delivery
  • Reschedule or cancel for free up until 10 PM the night before your pickup
  • Cancel after 10 PM the night before pickup and a refund will still be issued, minus a $10 booking fee
  • Limited spots available each week
  • Booking confirms these policies

Not responsible for lost socks or small items. Normal wear and tear may occur. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
